Data Deletion Instructions

1. Email rahman@acxiomflow.com.
2. Use the subject line: AcxiomFlow Data Deletion Request
3. Include:
   • the email address associated with the AcxiomFlow account
   • the connected Facebook/Meta Page name if known
   • a brief statement requesting deletion of Meta/Facebook-connected data

Once we receive a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymise the relevant Meta/Facebook-connected data associated with your AcxiomFlow account, except where retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate operational obligations.

Deletion may include, where applicable:

• Meta/Facebook connection records
• connected Page/account identifiers
• encrypted access tokens and credentials associated with that connection
• locally stored metadata obtained through the Meta Platform
• publishing-related records where deletion is legally and technically appropriate

Deleting data from AcxiomFlow does not automatically delete posts, Pages, or other content hosted directly by Meta/Facebook.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete valid requests within 30 days, subject to legal and technical requirements.
